Orders can be made using PayPal (Credit Cards are supported), or Postal Order. Please contact us before placing an order in the event of the latter.
All prices include postage. All items are shipped via Royal Mail. If you wish to have your items shipped via a different service, please contact us before placing an order (this includes 1st Class Mail and/or Registered Mail).
International Orders are shipped via Airmail. If you wish to have your items shipped via a different service, please contact us before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the high rate of music piracy, items in good condition cannot be returned.
In the event of defective items, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving said items. Defective items due to the manufacturer's fault will be replaced.
All defective items must be accompanied by a description of the defect.
The Sérpéné Héli é-store is not responsible for any damages caused by the Post.
